The management of Suntel Media comprise of experienced technocrats and well-known experts in their respective fields. The management of the company is vested in its promoters Directors and Senior management members, who have the overall responsibility for the affairs of the Company. The management primarily focuses on strategy formulation, policy and control, designed to deliver increasing value to stakeholders. The management comprises Twelve Professionals, three of whom are promoter directors.

The management encourages Senior managers to take the lead in reducing risks and creating business opportunities, enabling them to be better leaders, leveraging technology, choosing the business transformation strategies that are the best fit for the company, championing the alignment of strategic initiatives and implementing change - roles and responsibilities usually associated with corporate leadership.
